Avati anti virus deltes a Trojan w32 apparently succesfully but next time I start computer it reappears.?

AVG free anti virus does not even detect it.Any suggestions how to get rid of it or effective anti virus programmes,preferably free,that may work.

  1. Turn off system restore. Scan PC again. Turn off computer. Re scan, if clean turn on system restore. Now you now why Avast is better than AVG. Don't forget to remove the AVG crap.
  2. go to www.download.com download "advance windows care" run it it will block the spywares
  3. Update your antivirus. Turn off your System Restore and run your Antivirus in safe mode with your hidden files shown.   4. Mcafee is best free antivirus now from aol, http://safety.aol.com/isc/BasicSecurity/ I would suggest also to turn off system restore and clean your virus,or delete the restore point that when your virus infected your system.
  5. Delete restore points as stated. Best free AV: Antivir PE, Avast, AVG
