How to get Windows XP to warn before shutting down with network users still connected?

Windows 98 had a nice warning message like this: Sharing The following users connected to your computer have files open: \\user1 Continuing will close the files and may cause these users to lose data. Do you want to continue? I want the same thing in Windows XP home but cant find it.
