What percentage of computer shoppers pay for computer network installation?

Does anyone know where I would go to find statistics on the number of consumers who buy wireless network hardware, and then pay for the computer store technicians to install and configure it for them? Do more people opt to purchase professional installation, or do more people opt to do it themselves? Is there any site with such statistics?
