How do I make sure that the task windows appear on my taskbar for Windows XP?
I use Windows XP as my operating system. Now sometimes randomly when I start my computer the task windows(such as the internet explorer that is opened or my documents or windows explorer) won't show up in my taskbar. When I minimize the windows they just disappear. I have to click alt+tab to flip through windows. Could you tell me how can I fix that?

- Right Click on your Taskbar and click Properties and then select the appropriate settings and save. It should work now.
- umm right click on ur taskbar and make sure "lock the taskbar" is checked/ticked. then right click and go to toolbars and check/click quick launch. this will make sure "internet explorer, desktop, etc' icons will sit there i think this should solve the other issue as well all teh best
- Perhaps your task-bar is being hidden? Right-click the task bar and check the "lock the task bar" option and make sure "auto-hide" is not unchecked. There are a few more options there which you should set so nothing is being auto-hidden.
