Are you aloud to bring laptop ac adapters in the airplane?
I know it's a silly question but i just wanted to know if you can bring your laptop ac adapter in the plane. I never brought my laptop in the plane before. Also I want to know if Chicago-O'Hare International Airport and the Airport in Los Angeles are strict about them.

- I dont see why you couldn't bring the adapter, but there probably isn't anywhere to plug it in on the plane. I have plugged mine in in the terminal though. Just pack it in your carry on luggage.
- of course for sure.. its just that you cant charge your laptop.. unless if you're on first class.. but its okay to bring laptop and ac adapter on board.. in fact you can bring two laptop onboard as a carry on.. well, two laptop didnt weight more than 7kg, right??? so its okay to bring laptop and its ac adapter on board..
- You should be but then again if you take it out they might ask you to put it back because you could probably kill someone with them spiky bits. I know what your thinking I would never do that but that's what they don't know and if you say that then I doubt that they would take the risk.
- OK to bring, check seatguru.com to see if you seat has a power port
- Yes! I am a ticket agent for an airline, so I know this for sure. Take the a/c adapter with you instead of putting it in your checked luggage just in case your luggage is lost you will have a way to charge it. You will be able to charge it during layovers in the boarding area.... you just have to look closely for an outlet.
