  1. having never used vista i cant be sure but i am assuming there is still the program called restore in there go to restore and roll it back to a date before you upgraded
  2. Windows Restore will NOT work. Its possible that vista created a separate partition on your hard drive. Deleting the partition should do the trick. If you can still access xp, load it up, find a partition program (i.e. Partition Magic) and then delete the partition on which vista is installed.
  3. in xp go to search and tpye in vista .look through all the stuff for vista uninstall and click that or if you are brave with all the vista stuff showing click control&a toghther and hit delete or go to the drive where vista is installed right click onit look in programs or windows and look for the unistallprogram
  4. I think you will regret it if you do uninstall Vista. Give yourself time to learn how to use it, discover all the wonderful things that are contained within it. You will be sorry when you come to realise what a good operating system it really is, if you get rid of it too soon. I can never understand why people are so quick to say they don't like something when it's new. You just don't give yourselves a chance - or rather, you don't give the new system a chance to show you what it can do for you.
