What are the differences in windows vista red compared to regular windows vista?

im buying the laptop for school and need windows red. is there something that windows vista has that windows vista red doesn't have???

1. what is vista red ? there is no vista red. there is only home basic, home premium, business, and ultimate. If you are talking about the dell product red pc's there just a red background
2. windows vista red is the ultimate version of windows vista... they make a donation to a good charity if you buy red though
3. Windows Vista is awesome!! i just bought a laptop and it has windows vista there isn't a big difference just vista is a lot better to me!!
4. Vista Red is the same as Vista Ultimate with a special Wallpaper, Screensaver, Sidebar Gadget and a DreamScene theme. Other versions of Vista will have less features than RED/Ultimate, but it should not matter if you get Ultimate or RED (from a technical point of view). When you buy a Dell RED PC they (Dell/MS/Someone) will donate $80 to the Global Fund - and help provide AIDS treatments.
